As former Assistant District Attorney for then District Attorney,
Governor Michael Easley, Attorney Hicks was responsible for
prosecuting all manner of charges. He knows the content, capacity,
and culture of criminal prosecution. The experience working in
criminal prosecution gives him an incredible advantage in criminal
defense. Attorney Hicks also worked in the criminal section of
the State Attorney General’s Office. As a prosecutor in several
